Upon first contact with CT businesses will be immediately engaged (subject to fitting the CT business criteria) with a member of the research team who will undertake an in-depth review to help gain a greater insight into your business requirements.

The business review will be planned around your business and a mutually convenient appointment will be made.  Turn around will be prompt and, following review the business will be notified as to whether CT are able to offer the support and guidance required to move the business forward.

Successful businesses will then be invited to present to the Board in order to begin detailed discussions around implementing a tailored business improvement strategy aimed at driving the business forward.  Affiliates and/or consultants will be engaged where necessary.
